Bryan Flat Road is a 60 feet public access and utility easement given to the United States of American recorded September 16, 1943. One of the Bryan Flat neighbors manages the road maintenance and snow plowing for the neighbors living on Bryan Flat Road.

The University of Michigan has a 15 foot prescriptive easement that allows them to
access the river through the Peet property. This will show up in a title commitment.

The neighbors, NSC HOLDINGS, LLC (Carpenter), have a 20 foot easement across the Peet property for an irrigation pump system that pulls water from the Hoback River.
